You may return most items within 24hr of delivery for a full refund. Items must be unused, in original packaging, and in the same condition you received them. And need 360° parcel opening video must for return . And mention the reason for returning the product .. no return or exchange for size issue ..and colour issue

How to Initiate a Return

Refunds

Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and process your refund within 5-7 business days. Refunds will be credited to your original payment method.

At Aliza Collections, we request customers to review the product details, colour, and size information carefully before placing an order.

No Returns or Exchanges: We do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind, size issues, or colour preferences.
Damaged Products: Only damaged products may be eligible for a resolution. A complete, unedited 360-degree parcel opening video is compulsory as proof.
Opening Video Required: The video must clearly show the unopened parcel, shipping label, and the product from all sides. Claims without valid opening video proof may not be accepted.
Report Damage Promptly: Please contact us as soon as possible after delivery with your order details and opening video.
Verification: All damage claims are subject to verification by Aliza Collections. An appropriate resolution will be provided for verified claims.
Colour Disclaimer: Actual product colours may vary slightly due to lighting, photography, and screen settings. Such variations alone are not considered product damage.
